Luego de un año y medio de la separacion de la banda, CAD se vuelve a juntar y tiene una nueva propuesta, en breve sale el nuevo disco que aun no tiene nombre definido. El apoyo que recibimos de la gente siempre sumo para que podamos volver a tocar.
La formacion es la del original trio Ivan, Joni y Walter. Nos estamos juntando por gusto personal, necesitamos de la musica y disfutamos de lo que hacemos.
Nuestro compromiso es musical, social y cultural, queremos hacer un llamado al publico argentino para reflexionar acerca de lo que consumimos todos los dias y que no nos vendan nada que nosotros no vayamos a querer comprar.
La fecha que dara inicio a una nueva etapa de la banda sera el 11 de junio en Vadenuevo, la fecha contara con musicos invitados y dara un repaso por las viejas canciones con las nuevas.

Control Alt Delete was born in 2001, in a town called San Martin after the Argentinean economical crisis, Ivan Barnade (guitar and vocals) and Jonathan Barsuglia (bass and second vocals) decided to form a band that tells the story of a country and its revolution to get rid of a president that couldn't represent the people.
They liked the idea of writing about that but there didn't wanted to get politically involved so they created the story of Control Alt Delete called Bytes, to avoid mentioning words such as president, dictatorship, anarchy.
"Bytes" is the people, they have to fight against their enemy "System" (president) and Control Alt Delete are the heroes that will help the bytes to recover their freedom.
Maxi Cilla joined the band in 2002 playing drums and back vocals.
After a demo made in 2002 with an old computer, and playing in several places in San Martin and Buenos Aires downtown, they got succes and a couple of fans hired on the shows.
The first demo was called bytes and had 5 songs: Bytes, Reset, Bios, Control, Neo Dios. They also played a metal version for the latin song "El menaito" that they played in some gigs just for fun. And another song that was recorded live called Algun dia de estos.
CAD played with some bands of the same genre, they shared stage with Jesus Martyr, Ban this, Cabezones, and some more.
In 2003 the drummer left the band for personnal issues and the band got stucked for almost one year. They had the songs and were really disappointed for not finding the musical way.
At the end of 2004 Walter Maidana joined the band, he never did back vocals so he had to learn that in order to play the songs as they are.
The band was ready to play but they wanted to go one level up and get a more serious production. So they kept the feelings of play and re-recorded their first EP called "Bytes" with songs like: Bytes, Reset, Neo Dios, Control, Todo se acabara, and the superhit "Fusion"
Starting 2006 the ep was ready, and they started playing again, but this time as professionals, they played all over Buenos Aires city and neighbor towns. Gaining the self confidence and knowing that they were doing the right things .
In 2007 Charly Faluotico joins the band playing guitars, and Ivan decided to move to California, it was a hard time for all of them, the fact that the singer and guitar player was leaving. So Jonathan took the leader vocals.

Algunos Nombres...
Control Alt Delete se formo a mediados del 2001, en Buenos Aires Argentina, mismo lugar de otras bandas Argentinas como Animal (Acosados Nuestros Indios Murieron Al Luchar), Carajo, Raiz, Plan 4, Banthis, Jesus Martyr, Cabezones, Loco, Sensacion Termica, Mosquito, Soda Stereo. Sus integrantes Ivan Barnade, Jonathan Barsuglia, Walter Maidana y Charly Faluotico, siempre han estado en contacto con musicos argentinos de la escena de Metal en Argentina, ya sean Andres Gimenez, Marcelo Corvalan (Corvata o Corbata), Martin Carrizo, Andres Vilanova (hijo de botafogo, tambien llamado el nino), el canario de raiz y actualmente plan 4, alejandro nagy y gustavo olmedo en aquellos viejos tiempos violentos, el programa de la rock and pop!! Y quiza con gente que no este en la escena metal como alejandro lerner, gustavo ceratti, zeta bosio, charly alberti.
